UBS is a global financial services and investment banking firm with offices in Asia Pacific. Their Japan office required support for audio-visual and event services to support their offices in Tokyo. Monololith proposed a Managed Media Services solution to deliver reliable, cost-effective, scalable services that match growing firms’ requirements. We provided multi-media operations, event support, and technical consulting services. In addition, Monolith expanded to provide support for content creation and video production services.
CLIENT CHALLENGES:
The client required the replacement of a previous providers with a turn-key managed service solution capable of delivering services and providing solutions for the following challenges;
• Improvement of audio-visual service quality and performance
• Resolve service quality and reliability issues.
• Launch and transition services to newly constructed and/or updated facilities.
• Provide flexible “right-sized” teams to meet evolving service requirements.
• Provide cost-effective turn-key project and systems consulting support and provide tier 1 and 2 technical support, triage and problem resolution services.
MONOLITH SOLUTIONS:
Monolith proposed a hands-free, comprehensive solution to provide regional integrated services for Credit Suisse, including;
• Provide managed media, event support, and production services as required in each country and city.
• Establish a regional Managed Media Services and Operations Support structure and service standard.
• Define and document regional procedures, best practices, and service standards.
• Implement service performance measurements, SLA/KPI, and reporting structures to monitor success.
• Establish flexible teams in each location working across borders to share the workload, drive service continuity and consistency, and adapt to changing service demand levels regionally.
• Provide professional technical consulting, project management, procurement, and systems consulting region-wide.
OUR RESULTS:
Monolith provided a support team for the UBS Tokyo office.
Monolith successfully managed the transition of services to our managed services team. We evaluated existing facilities and applied new procedures to assure service stability and quality. Our management team provided systems consulting and vendor management services for projects to improve technical systems and facilities.
Monolith scaled our services to include content production, growing with our client’s requirements, scaling services, and team size to match changing client needs.
During the UBS office move project, Monolith supported deploying new facilities in new buildings. Our team provided testing and readiness tests for each system and provided support policies and procedures.
Monolith production resources worked with internal UBS teams to provide content creation and video production for client use.
Monolith expanded services provided one-stop support for equipment procurement, on-demand services, and other umbrella services through an efficient single provider and billing model.
